Erika is a licensed professional mental health counselor specializing in adolescent and family therapy and maintains a private practice in Hartland, Wisconsin.
As a graduate of the Chicago School of Professional Psychology she is currently serving as a private practitioner working with adolescents and families. Among her areas of expertise are depression, anxiety, ADHD, oppositional and defiant behavior, difficulty with relationships , divorce reaction, resolving conflict and developing healthy communication.
Erika is a dynamic, solution-focused therapist. She uses humor and a casual yet direct approach to inspire adolescents and families to make positive changes and live healthier cohesive lives together. Operating from a family systems perspective, she believes that it is imperative to not only understand the current problem but to investigate the context in which the problems are occurring. This effective approach leads to a more unified family. With empathy and authenticity, she guides each individual and family to find and utilize their strengths and develop an awareness of the power they hold to build the life they were meant to live.
In addition to being a counselor, Erika is a wife and mother. She enjoys spending her free time cooking and eating whole foods, hanging out with family, taking bike rides along the lakefront and attending concerts.

- $100 for 1 hour sessions
- $55 for 45 minute sessions
